Public Participation: Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting in person or may view and listen to the meeting via simultaneous webcasting on the Internet. Video and audio archives of the meeting may be accessed via the Internet approximately two days after the meeting. Public Comment: Written public comment will be accepted by the task force through the day of the meeting. Comments received by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 will be distributed to the task force in advance of the meeting. All comments submitted after 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 will be distributed to task force members on the day of the meeting. The task force will meet jointly with members of the MLPA South Coast Regional Stakeholder Group (SCRSG), so it is recommended that, in addition to submitting written comments, members of the public work through members of the SCRSG to provide additional input. The list of SCRSG members and their contact information can be found on the MLPA website at http://www.dfg.ca.gov/mlpa/scproject.asp#members.

Additional Resources: Attached is the draft meeting agenda. Maps and descriptions of the options being considered by the BRTF will be posted to the MLPA website; an additional message will be sent to the list server when those materials are available.
